This Elegant Sake Martini – Recipe
For an elegant surprise, sample this refined martini-inspired drink. It is delicate, fragrant and easy to sip, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.

30ml gin – a quality London dry gin is ideal
15ml Lillet Blanc – an aromatic French aperitif wine
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
